Rasayan Chikitsa are undertaken only after detailed discussion with the physician.

Yoga And Meditation :- Purpose is to Propagate the teachings of yoga as a means of achieving physical, mental and spiritual well being and self realization. Meditation helps to prolong the body's anabolic process of growth and repair, and to reduce the catabolic or decaying process. Meditation is the most Powerfull mental and Nervine Tonic.
