Paschata karma :-
The last phase of Panchakarma which is carried out after
the main purification process and assures the restoration
of digestive enzymes. The post procedures are designed
to nourish, strengthen and balance the newly cleansed
dhatus. It describes the measures employed after the
main treatment, such as diet, medicines and daily routine.
